Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who navigate by keyboard, use screen readers, or need larger text and higher contrast. Accessibility is part of how we do business, not an afterthought.
Our standard
We design and test this site toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the widely adopted technical standard for web accessibility. That means we work to provide text alternatives for images, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, resizable text, clear headings and labels, and forms that assistive technology can understand.
Assistive technology on this site
This site includes an accessibility widget (UserWay) that offers display adjustments such as larger text, higher contrast, and dyslexia-friendly fonts. The widget is a convenience layer. It does not replace accessible design, and we do not rely on it as our only accessibility measure.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is never finished. We review new pages and features for accessibility before they launch, and we revisit existing pages as standards and technology evolve.
