This Privacy Policy explains how Instant Money Mortgage, a trade name of Complete Mortgage LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit instantmoneymortgages.com (the “Site”), contact us, or request information about a loan.
If you apply for a consumer mortgage loan, you will also receive our Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Privacy Notice, which describes how we handle nonpublic personal information in connection with that loan. If the two conflict for loan-related information, the Privacy Notice controls.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, property location and type, estimated price or value, loan goals, estimated credit range, income type, military status, and any details you include in a form, email, call or text.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, the date and time of your visit, and campaign parameters (such as UTM codes) through cookies, server logs and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. With your authorization, consumer reports from credit bureaus, and information from lenders, appraisers, title and settlement agents, employers, and verification services needed to evaluate and close a loan.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about loan options you requested
- To evaluate, process, originate and close a loan you choose to pursue
- To verify identity and prevent fraud
- To comply with legal, regulatory and audit obligations
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services or as required by law, including with:
- Complete Mortgage LLC personnel and its licensed loan originators
- Lenders and investors to whom your loan may be submitted, sold or serviced
- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as credit bureaus, appraisers, title and settlement agents, document and e-signature providers, hosting and form-processing providers, customer relationship management systems and communications vendors, each bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us
- Regulators, law enforcement and others when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy
4. Calls and text messages
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you about your inquiry by call or text, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time or HELP for help. Mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics and advertising services that set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
6. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by federal and state record-retention laws applicable to mortgage brokers, then securely delete or de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@instantmoneymortgage.com or calling (888) 647-9902. We will verify your identity before responding. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations, and information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is governed by that law. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as government agencies and lenders. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
