How is income calculated on a bank statement loan?

Short answerLenders add up eligible deposits over 12 or 24 months, divide by the number of months, and apply an expense factor to business accounts (often 50%, lower with a CPA letter). $20,000 a month in business deposits at 50% equals $10,000 of qualifying income.
